Enjoy a twist on a classic Bloody Mary cocktail that’s perfect for Easter! This Carrot Bloody Mary features the tasty flavors in the traditional drink, but with carrot juice in place of tomato juice. And if you want to tone down the spice level, simply use five dashes of hot sauce instead of 10, or leave it out altogether. Garnish with sliced cucumber, celery sticks and, of course, carrots!
Ingredients
Directions
- In a 32-ounce pitcher, whisk together the carrot juice, pickle juice, Worcestershire, Old Bay, horseradish, lemon juice and hot sauce. Fill 4 tall glasses with ice and 2 ounces of vodka in each.
- Pour the Carrot Bloody Mary mix into each glass, stir well, and garnish with the celery sticks and carrots. Make a 1/4-inch cut at the bottom of each cucumber round to decorate the glass rims.
- If desired, create an Old Bay rim on each glass: Take empty glasses and dip rims in water up to a 1/2-inch, then roll in the Old Bay on a shallow plate.
