Bursting with bright orange, this cole slaw isn't your grandma's typical southern style slaw. The carrots add a slight sweetness to the dish that's not overpowering and add to the salads crunchiness.
- Place the cabbage and carrots in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayo, sugar, milk, vinegar, celery, salt, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the sauce over the cabbage and carrots; toss until thoroughly covered.
