Prep your salmon steak by rinsing it, and placing on thoroughly wet cedar plank. The entire steak should fit on the plank.
Sprinkle both sides of the salmon with Running Wild Peach BBQ meat rub.
- Cut lime in half. Use one half of the lime to squeeze juice on salmon. Slice the remaining half of the lime and set aside.
- Place salmon with the cedar plank directly on the grill. Grill for approximately 12 mins.
- Remove steak from grill and while cooling place remaining slices of lime on the salmon steak. Serve and enjoy.
