A quick dish perfect for a potluck, graduation party or a picnic.
Wash and slice the potatoes. Be sure to cut off any eyes or bruised spots and discard.
Place all of the potato slices in a pot with a ¼ inch of water in it.
- Heat over medium to medium-low heat with a lid on the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes or until all of the water has evaporated and the potatoes are tender.
Mix all of the ingredients together.
