Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Spray two muffin tins (enough for 16 cheeseburger cups) with baking spray, and set aside.
- Cook ground beef, burger seasoning blend (or salt and pepper), and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat, until beef is browned through.
- Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Remove the pan from the heat, and set aside.
- Press each biscuit into the prepared muffin tins, creating a biscuit “cup” in each muffin well.
- Spoon the cheeseburger mixture into each biscuit cup, then top with cheese.
- Bake at 400 F for about 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, pickles, or any other toppings your family loves!
