Cheeseburger biscuit cups with creamy Velveeta cheese are the perfect dinner bites for a week night. Best of all, kids absolutely love the bite sized cups!

Select ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Spray two muffin tins (enough for 16 cheeseburger cups) with baking spray, and set aside.
  3. Cook ground beef, burger seasoning blend (or salt and pepper), and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat, until beef is browned through.
  4. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Remove the pan from the heat, and set aside.
  5. Press each biscuit into the prepared muffin tins, creating a biscuit “cup” in each muffin well.
  6. Spoon the cheeseburger mixture into each biscuit cup, then top with cheese.
  7. Bake at 400 F for about 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, pickles, or any other toppings your family loves!
