- Prepare a 9 x 13- inch pan/casserole dish by spraying it with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large glass measuring cup, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, salt, pepper and onion powder. Place the pieces of bread in the bottom of the prepared pan. Add the bacon, caramelized onions and bell pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the pan. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake for about 40-45 minutes in the preheated oven or until the eggs are set and the cheese is slightly browned. This dish is best enjoyed immediately.
