A delicious and easy chicken and cheese casserole to make on busy days.


Select ingredients:


  1. Melt butter then add garlic and saute on medium heat until fragrant and golden.
  2. Add flour and rapidly whisk until all lumps are gone. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then slowly whisk in milk and cream. Bring to a boil, whisking the entire time, then turn heat down to medium and allow to simmer until thickened and creamy.
  3. Whisk in ranch packet.
  4. Once thick, whisk in Parmesan and stir until fully incorporated and bubbling. Add spinach, gently whisking out any large chunks. Add chicken. Heat through, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Lightly spritz a casserole pan with spray oil, then add cooked Ziti. Carefully add Spinach Alfredo sauce to Ziti. Lightly mix to incorporate Top with mozzarella Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly
