- Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and drain all but 1 tablespoon of grease from skillet. Add bell peppers and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Add chili powder, garlic powder and cumin and cook for 2 more minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of milk. Set aside. Add remaining milk and cream cheese to skillet. Stir gently until cream cheese is completely melted.
- Add cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes and cornstarch mixture and browned sausage and stir until cheese is completely melted. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
Recipe Tip: Serve with tortilla chips, sliced bread or your favorite fresh cut vegetables. And for an extra kick of flavor, use Doritos® Nacho, Taco or Spicy Nacho chips for dipping.
