Cherries Jubilee

This is my family's favorite summer dessert. It is a cool and refreshing ending to any meal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature Tear the angel food cake into small pieces and set aside
  2. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth
  3. Fold in the whipped topping, gently
  4. Fold the angel food cake pieces into the cream cheese mixture
  5. Put in a decorative bowl or press into a 9x13 pan
  6. Dump the cherry pie filling over the top and spread with spatula
  7. Add blueberries if desired
  8. Chill for several hours
  9. Enjoy!
