This is my family's favorite summer dessert. It is a cool and refreshing ending to any meal.
Ingredients
Directions
- Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature Tear the angel food cake into small pieces and set aside
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth
- Fold in the whipped topping, gently
- Fold the angel food cake pieces into the cream cheese mixture
- Put in a decorative bowl or press into a 9x13 pan
- Dump the cherry pie filling over the top and spread with spatula
- Add blueberries if desired
- Chill for several hours
- Enjoy!
