This creamy chia pudding is prepared similarly to overnight oats. Topped with fruit and nuts, it's a tasty alternative to oatmeal in the morning.


Select ingredients:


  1. Pour almond milk into a 1-quart mason jar Add chia seeds, honey and orange zest. Place the lid back on the jar and shake well.
  2. Screw on the lid and shake well. Store overnight in the refrigerator. Shake occasionally to agitate the ingredients. Serve the next morning in a bowl. Top with cashews, fruit and shredded coconut.
