- Pour almond milk into a 1-quart mason jar Add chia seeds, honey and orange zest. Place the lid back on the jar and shake well.
- Screw on the lid and shake well. Store overnight in the refrigerator. Shake occasionally to agitate the ingredients. Serve the next morning in a bowl. Top with cashews, fruit and shredded coconut.
