So easy, so delicious. Pesto chicken and rice made healthier with a yogurt dressing.
Ingredients
Directions
- Stir in rice to boiling, salted water and cook until just done. This will be around 10-12 minutes. Drain. Rinse in cold water to cool and drain.
- Using a large bowl, stir pesto, yogurt, salt and pepper.
- Combine rice and chicken.
- Pair with Deer Park Natural Spring Water (24pk .5L)
