This Chicken and Waffles Casserole is the perfect way to feed a crowd a favorite comfort food. Serve with maple syrup and they'll be back for seconds!
- Cut the cooked chicken strips and the cooked waffles into large cubes (1 to 1 ½ inches). Mix them together in a large bowl and place them in a generously greased 9x13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, maple syrup, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk well and pour the mixture over the chicken and waffles in the baking dish.
- Bake in 350-degree oven until the eggs are cooked and set, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serve drizzled with maple syrup if desired.
