In a saucepan, heat the syrup and vanilla for at least 5 minutes on medium heat. (The syrup will thicken.) Set aside.
Prepare the chicken tenders (either baked or fried). While the chicken tenders are cooking, prepare the waffles.
In a separate saucepan, melt the butter.
Place one of the prepared waffles on a plate and spoon the melted butter over the top.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over the butter. Repeat with a second waffle (stack on top of the first.)
Place three chicken tenders on the plate with the waffles. Pour the syrup mixture over the top and dig in!
