A great and healthy way to enjoy pizza without all the dough and carbs, kid -friendly, heart healthy and customizable flavors to your liking. Healthy and flavorful comfort food.

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F , make sure the oven is reaallly hot or there will be a lot of water you will have to pour off around the crust ..line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper or foil sprayed with non stick vegetable cooking spray. In a medium bowl combine the ground chicken with 1/3 cup parmesan, 1/3 cup mozzarella, salt to ur taste ,black pepper to your taste ,garlic powder and oregano or italian seasoning to your taste. Put the chicken mixture onto the parchment and pat into flat rectangle or circle or Cover with plastic wrap and evenly press or roll the chicken out. I covered a high ball glass with saran wrap and rolled it out lol...
  2. Bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Smear crust with sauce, put 1/4 cup Parmesan, 1/2 cup mozzarella, layer with toppings and season with the crushed red pepper flakes and 1/4 teaspoon oregano or italian seasoning.
  3. Pop back into hot oven and cook until melted and bubbly 6 to 10 minutes Let stand for 1-2 minutes , cut and ENJOY!!
