Slice boneless, skinless chicken breasts into long strips. Boil chicken with some pepper corns (or pepper), celery, onion powder, parsley (dried spices will work) until done about 15 to 20 minutes. After done let cool so you can cut the chicken into small thin pieces.
Place some of the sauce in the bottom of the casserole disk to prevent burning. Add a layer of rice then a layer of chicken and broccoli. Spoon on some sauce and spread it around. Repeat layering until you have reached a half inch from the top of the Casserole dish. Place the rest of the sauce on top of the last layer. Leave enough room for the cheese and bread crumbs. Completely cover the top with the cheese slices. Sprinkle bread crumbs on the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the top turns brownish.
- You can add additional ingredients if you wish(mushroom,red peppers, etc). Serve with condiments.
