For a healthier alternative to a traditional chicken wrap, opt for a bed of lettuce leaves topped with ground chicken and vegetables. Get the recipe!


Select ingredients:


  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the chicken and season with salt & pepper.
  2. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes, while breaking it up until cooked mostly.
  3. Add the mushrooms and onion to the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until vegetable are soft.
  4. Stir in water chestnuts, garlic and ginger.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggie mixture. Toss to coat.
  6. Spoon chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves and sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy!
