Take kid-friendly chicken tenders to a whole new level. Easy to make and fun to eat - everyone will be coming back for seconds!
Ingredients
Directions
-
In a bowl, mix together the ketchup and mayonnaise.
-
Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, and basil (or use your favorite marinara sauce instead) and mix thoroughly.
-
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 separate triangles. Place a piece or two of chicken at the wide end of each triangle.
-
Place a spoonful of the sauce on top of the chicken.
-
Place one slice of fresh mozzarella on top of the sauce.
-
Roll it up (it's messy) and pin the end of the dough under itself. Place on a lined baking sheet or in a casserole dish.
-
Spoon or brush the melted butter on each roll.
-
In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan and the panko breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly. Generously sprinkle the mixture over each roll. Bake the rolls a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
-
Serve and enjoy!
