You deserve a relaxing dinner for two. Enjoy time together and not in the kitchen with this easy recipe that is delicious.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1/4 inch of oil into a pan and heat on medium.
  2. In a shallow dish mix flour, panko, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper. In a separate shallow dish mix one egg with 2 tsps of water and remaining salt and pepper.
  3. Take one chicken breast and dip it in egg mixture covering it completely. Then place chicken breast in panko mixture. Repeat with second breast.
  4. Gently place chicken into hot oil and cover the pan with the lid.
  5. While that cooks for 3 minutes prepare your 8x8 baking dish by pouring 1/2 jar of sauce into the baking dish. After the chicken has fried for 3 minutes flip it and allow it to cook for another 2 minutes. Remove chicken from oil and place chicken breast into baking dish and pour remainder of sauce on chicken.
  6. Bake covered for 30 minutes. While the chicken bakes cook pasta as directed on box. Drain and toss with 2 tbs of olive oil. Remove chicken from oven and top with mozzarella cheese. Place pasta on plate and top with cooked chicken.
