Chicken Salad Pita Pocket

Fresh and delicious! Your kids will devour these healthy, wholesome sandwiches.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice the onion.
  2. Dice the celery.
  3. Dice the bell pepper.
  4. Combine all the vegetables in a small bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Add the salt, pepper, and ground pepper and stir.
  6. Chop the chicken into small pieces. Add to the mayonnaise/veggie mixture and stir well.
  7. Line each pita pocket with your choice of spinach or lettuce, then spoon the chicken salad into the pita pockets.
  8. Enjoy!
