Prepare your recipe by gathering all of the ingredients.
- Adjust oven to middle position and preheat to 425 degrees.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place garlic and grapes in the bottom of an 8 by 8 inch baking pan, then place chicken on top and sprinkle thyme over the chicken. Bake until chicken is fully cooked and brown, about 40 minutes. Serve with green salad and potatoes.
