  1. In large pan, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until there is no longer any pinkness. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and continue cooking over heat (medium/medium-high) until the cheese is melted.
  3. Stir frequently to prevent sticking or burning. Serve with tortilla chips or chopped vegetables.
