A juicy cheeseburger topped with chili, grilled to perfectioN!
- In a large bowl mix together the burger ingredients. Press them into a hamburger press. Set on either parchment paper or wax paper. Season with more salt and black pepper if needed.
- Grill on medium to high for about 3-4 minutes each side. Place the rolls in aluminum foil and heat them on the grill while the burgers cook. Place a slice of cheese on each burger, right before you take them off the grill, so it melts a little. Place mayonnaise on the bottom of each bun, lettuce and then place burgers. Top with chili, pickles, tomato slices and place the top bun on. Enjoy immediately.
