  1. In a microwave-safe dish, with water, cover and microwave potatoes on high until tender - around 7 minutes.
  2. While potatoes are cooking, brown beef and sweat onion; drain.
  3. Add drained potatoes to skillet.
  4. Stir in peas, chili starter, salt and parsley. Bring to boil.
  5. Simmer, uncovered around 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with sour cream, optionally.
