- Combine all ingredients except pepper in a bowl and toss until peas are evenly coated. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking tray and place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until peas are crunchy but not burnt. Toss once halfway through cooking. After removing peas from the oven, allow to cool, then transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy.
