Chili Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add pumpkin seeds, salt, and chili powder and toss to coat the seeds with spices and oil. Continue to cook until seeds begin to brown then remove from pan and let cool before eating.
