Open all packages of phyllo dough and place on counter to thaw
Melt chocolate chips and paint the bottom of each phyllo dough to line with chocolate, set in fridge to cool
In a bowl, cream cheese, sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Blend with mixer on high until well blended
Remove phyllo dough from fridge and spoon 1 tablespoon of cheesecake mixture into each phyllo dough (60 total) place in fridge to cool
Open can of cherries and place one cherry with a little bit of the filling on each.
Cool for about 1/2 hour, place them on a platter and enjoy!!!
