A surpirisingly moist but easy snaking cake
- Preheat oven to 350Â°
- Melt baking chocolate, let cool 10 minute
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat egg and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat in oil and water. Stir in melted chocolate and dry ingredients; mix until well blended. Pour in 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 32-38 minutes.
