A classic homemade blondie is chewy, buttery and sweet. But this tasty spin also adds a splash of vanilla coffee creamer and dark chocolate chunks, giving you extra moist and indulgent dessert bars that are sure to satisfy your family’s sweet cravings. And since they’re easy to grab and enjoy with a simple napkin, that makes them the perfect snack for Game Day. So, put out a plate of these treats while watching your favorite team.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth and lightened in color, about 5 minutes. Add the eggs and coffee cream and mix until combined. Add the flour mixture and stir just until no dry flour remains. Gently fold in chocolate chunks and transfer batter to the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
