- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth and lightened in color, about 5 minutes. Add the eggs and coffee cream and mix until combined. Add the flour mixture and stir just until no dry flour remains. Gently fold in chocolate chunks and transfer batter to the prepared pan.
