- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth and lightened in color, about 5 minutes. Add the eggs and coffee cream and mix until combined. Add the flour mixture and stir just until no dry flour remains. Gently fold in chocolate chunks and transfer batter to the prepared pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
