What can you make with fresh watermelon? This easy summer dessert only takes 10-minutes or less and includes dark chocolate. Try out this treat!
- Cut the watermelon into slices and then into wedges (about 3/4" thick). Place in the freezer for an hour.
- Melt the chocolate wafers according to package directions and then stir in the coconut oil.
- Remove the watermelon wedges from the freezer and dip each watermelon wedge into the melted chocolate about 3/4 of the way.
- Place in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and add sea salt immediately. Keep frozen until serving.
