Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate mousse is versatile and can be served in martini glasses for a fancy effect or served in ordinary ramekins for everyday enjoyment!

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until the peaks form. Place bowl in the refrigerator.
  2. In a separate bowl, beats the eggs and sugar until it gets thick, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a thick pan, melt the chocolate on the stove over medium heat. Add the coffee to the chocolate. Quickly add the egg and sugar mixture along with the heavy cream.
  4. Pour into cups or glasses and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours until it firms up.
