- In a medium mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until the peaks form. Place bowl in the refrigerator.
- In a separate bowl, beats the eggs and sugar until it gets thick, about 10 minutes.
- In a thick pan, melt the chocolate on the stove over medium heat. Add the coffee to the chocolate. Quickly add the egg and sugar mixture along with the heavy cream.
- Pour into cups or glasses and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours until it firms up.
