Chocolate Peanut Butter Saltine Toffee

With just a few quick steps, break off a piece of toffee with a blend of chocolate and peanut butter atop a crispy cracker and covered in sprinkles.

  1. 1. Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray or grease with oil. Position the saltines across the pan in one layer, allowing a little bit of space between crackers. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and let it boil for three minutes without stirring. Drizzle the hot mixture over the crackers. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the peanut butter onto the hot cracker and toffee mixture, and then bake for another 1 minute to melt. Spread the peanut butter. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and then bake for another 1 minute to melt. Spread the chocolate evenly and add sprinkles.
  4. Freeze for 1 hour or until set. Break into small pieces and enjoy.
