- Using a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, pudding mix, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg together until combined. Fold in the whipped topping until just combined. Spoon the pudding mixture evenly into the pie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 1-2 hours.
- Microwave the chocolate on high in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment until melted and smooth.
- Top the chilled pie with the marshmallows. Drizzle with the melted chocolate. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve.
