- Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Pop popcorn kernels using an air popper or on the stovetop. While still hot, season popped popcorn with salt. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, cooking in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval. Drizzle the melted white chocolate onto the popcorn, stirring gently to coat. Add the M&M’s and stir to combine.
- Spread the popcorn evenly between the 2 prepared baking sheets, top with sprinkles and let cool and harden.
