Chuck Roast Tacos

The crisp taste of REDD’s® Apple Ale make these tacos frighteningly tasty.


Select ingredients:


  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and toss gently to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.
  2. Using two forks, shred the beef into bite-size pieces. Toss the beef with the cooking juice, then cover and let the beef soak up the juice for an extra 10 minutes. Remove the bay leaves.
  3. Using a pair of tongs or a slotted spoon, place the beef in your taco shell of choice (soft or hard/corn or flour) and garnish with your favorite taco toppings.
