- Fry 2 eggs in a skillet using EVOO. Once done, chop eggs into chunky pieces.
- Drain tuna and break apart slightly with a fork and pour into a medium size bowl.
- Add red pepper, cucumber, raisins, sunflower seeds and garlic.
- Stir in mayo and add Kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
