- Melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet and sauté the onion until softened. Add the onion powder, the garlic powder, the lime juice, the lime zest, the cilantro, the salt, the pepper, the red pepper flakes, and the water. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring frequently, or until the sauce is somewhat thickened.
- Add the cooked chicken and continue to sauté until the chicken is heated through.
- Serve topped with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
