Slice radishes in thin slices.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream, then add the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, chives, and onion powder, then mix until thoroughly blended.
Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each cracker.
Top with 3 to 4 radish slices and 1 sprig of cilantro.
