- Preheat griddle to 375°. (Tip: To determine if your griddle is ready, apply a few drops of water on the surface which should dance around a few seconds before evaporating.) Stir all ingredients, in a mixing bowl until blended. Do not over mix.
- Bake on a hot, lightly greased griddle using slightly less than a 1/4 of a cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook until golden.
