- Heat over medium-high the maple syrup and cinnamon over low heat and whisk gently until combined. (about 2 minutes)
- Remove from heat and add pumpkin seeds to pot, stirring until thoroughly coated
- Scrape contents onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in an oven heated to 325° degrees. Bake for 10 minutes, removing half way to toss seeds to ensure even toasting. Sprinkle with salt and allow to cool then enjoy alone or on top of your favorite fall dessert.
