These pancakes are nice and moist with a delicious touch of cinnamon. The oatmeal also makes them the kind of breakfast that keeps you going! These are one of my family's favorite breakfasts!
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, and eggs.
- Add the dry ingredients and combine thoroughly.
- Heat a lightly greased griddle or frying pan on medium heat. Fry pancakes until lightly browned on each side.
- Serve with butter, warm syrup, or any of your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
