Mint is the perfect compliment to citrus in this refreshingly simple recipe.
- Drop the sliced fruit into the bowl or pitcher and gently stir it around. Then pour in the wine, lemonade, club soda, and rum. Stir. Taste it and add sugar a heaping teaspoon at a time - it will depend on how sweet the wine is. Chill.
- Just before serving: Take leaves off of about four stalks of mint,shred to release the flavor and sprinkle over the top. Use additional sprigs to garnish glasses.
