Tangy, classic egg salad
Ingredients
Directions
- Remove shells and rough chop the hard boiled eggs
- Mix Mayonaise, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper and cumin in bowl
- Dice celery stalk
- Add eggs, celery to bowl and mix with mayonaise and mustard sauce
- Enjoy as a topping to a salad or as a sandwich
