Classic Egg Salad

Tangy, classic egg salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove shells and rough chop the hard boiled eggs
  2. Mix Mayonaise, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper and cumin in bowl
  3. Dice celery stalk
  4. Add eggs, celery to bowl and mix with mayonaise and mustard sauce
  5. Enjoy as a topping to a salad or as a sandwich
