- Cut the tail meat into small pieces and put in a large bowl with the claw and leg meat.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the bowl with the lobster meat and lightly toss.
- Heat two tablespoons of melted butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Toast the outside of each hot dog roll in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
