- Fill each champagne flute approximately halfway with orange juice.
- Add the champagne or sparkling wine to fill the remainder of each glass.
- Slide a toothpick through each wedge of orange and place on the top of each glass as a garnish.
- (The classic mimosa is a 50/50 ratio of champagne to orange juice, but you can adjust to suit your preference.)
