These red, white, and blue popsicles are healthy and dairy-free. Try making these cool coconut treats for a hot summer day or your next 4th of July party!
Ingredients
Directions
- Pour coconut water (either fresh from a coconut or from a store-bought bottle that doesn’t contain sugar) into popsicle molds until each is approximately ¾ full. The exact amount needed will depend on the size of your molds. Next, drop in a few pieces of each kind of fruit until molds are full.
- Insert the handles that came with your molds in place and place in the freezer. If your molds didn’t come with handles or you are using alternative molds (like paper cups or ice cube trays), allow popsicles to freeze slightly and then insert sticks.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until popsicles are solid and either run under hot water for a moment or let sit for 1-2 minutes to make removal from molds easier. Enjoy cold.
