- Rinse cod thoroughly. Layer a baking pan with a piece of Reynoldâs Wrap tin foil. Place cod in foil in pan and sprinkle it salt and pepper. Pour teaspoon of olive oil over it and broil until fish is flaky and white.
- While cod is cooking, melt butter in pan and add panko bread crumbs. Cook until bread crumbs are brown and crunchy.
- Top cod with bread crumbs and serve with a lemon wedge.
