In just 30 minutes, whip up a hearty and delicious chili packed with ground meat, tomatoes and chilies, and topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream and onions.
- Add the ground beef and yellow onion in a large saucepan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is broken up and no longer pink. Once done, drain.
- Mix in the water, seasoning mix, chili beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and green chilies.
- Once it reaches a boil, lower to medium heat; simmer for 10 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and top with sour cream and onions.
