Layers of colorful veggies and the comforting flavor of cornbread set the stage for this delightful cornbread salad.

- Once your cornbread is cooled, crumble it up.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ranch dressing.
- In a large glass bowl, layer the ingredients starting with the cornbread on the bottom, then layer the vegetables (corn, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes), the bacon, and the pickles in your desired order. Or, if desired, mix all the ingredients together instead.
- Top with the mayonnaise/ranch mixture, and then sprinkle the additional bacon and the grated cheddar.
