It's not Irish or St. Patrick's Day without corned beef and cabbage!
- In a crock pot, place the vegetables on the bottom and cover with water. Place the corned beef brisket on top and pour the beer on top. Cover the crock pot and set on high.
- Cook on high for 7-8 hours. An hour before eating, add the cabbage and cook for an additional hour covered.
