- Cook ham steak in pan set on medium-high heat for five minutes, flip and cook another 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Pour hot coffee in same skillet, scraping pan to get all the ham off the bottom.
- Add beef broth and flour to separate bowl and stir until there are no lumps. Pour in pan, stir and simmer until gravy thickens. Pour gravy over ham.
